My grandmother was from Henderson and she spoke about this often. She talked about a father digging for his son, a little red headed boy. He was convinced his son was alive and wouldn't stop even though others asked him to stop. But he wouldn't quit and did find his son, the little guy was alive too.

This is a life changing book to read. I think everyone should pick it up. Its on kindle for ten bucks and hard copies are on Amazon and ebay. the idea of time erasing the events of that day cant be allowed to happen.

I see in the background of the picture of New London my father's grocery store, Vick's Grocery. My mother was pregnant with me on the day of the explosion and was at the school for the PTA meeting. My two older sisters were students as were two of my uncles. My grandfather, E. W. Reagan was president of the school board. My family was among the few fortunate residents of New London that did not lose anyone in the explosion. A truly tragic disaster.

This is a warning to all prostate cancer sufferers. I was diagnosed with noninvasive prostate cancer in 2016. I was given 3 options for the cancer and the best treatment option was given to me. The options were removal, radiotherapy, or brachytherapy, which if chosen would set me back personally around USD 15000. I decided on the third option as it was made out to be the discovery of the century. We sold off a lot of items to raise the money for the procedure. What a bad decision! I had the procedure, paid my money up front, and since then my life has been ruined by this treatment. First I had to use a catheter for 7 months, 4 times a day, then I went down for a cystoscopy, and contracted a dangerous bug in my bladder that went to my blood stream. The next day I went down, actually died, as my breathing stopped due to collapsed lungs. Lucky my son lives two streets from a hospital, as I was pronounced dead on arrival, as my lungs and heart had stopped from the effects of the bug. Since then I have been hospitalized, with a recurrence of the same bug. And I have just been diagnosed with a wrecked bladder and wrecked urethra, all due to this brachytherapy radiation. So people, be very careful if ever offered that option. They never warned me of the after effects, just the good things. I use MyChart at the University of Utah and Salt Lake City Utah. I have and idea I wish the entire MyChart team would be able to do it this system. It would be nice if you could actually add your own times dates that you may not be available so that your entire medical team would have the ability to know that you're not going to be available for example let's say you need to work or you need to go on vacation or you just are doing something where you're not going to be around it would allow you to either hide what you're doing so it won't let everyone know what you're doing but it will just say that you're busy or it will allow you to put in exactly what you are doing. It would be nice to have the ability to be able to upload more than 3 images when you need to message a doctor. At the same time not all of my medical team it's a part of the MyChart system. My primary care physician his name is listed in the MyChart system but if I need to get a hold of him or share any important information with my primary care physician it would be nice if it was set up so I could still go in and do the same thing I would as if I was sharing it with my life team but yet it would automatically be designed so it would fax or send him or her an email or whatever form at my doctor's office is willing to accept from an outside agency. the thing that really frustrates me is the fact that I am not able to take a screenshot of my information or in the event that there's a problem with the MyChart system when I go to send in a complaint there is not a central team of people who can actually take my complaint for example. in my own account and my account settings it would be nice if I could choose my own profile picture and at the same time it would be nice to have the ability to record video or upload video that I've already taken but yet at the same time it would be nice to have the ability to record audibly my doctor's appointments and have the ability to share that content Was anyone that I choose to do so weather there in the network or not.

Thank you. I know the last names of so many of those people although this happened long before I was born. I grew up three miles from the school. My father was a 14-year old survivor and his 16-year old brother was a victim. I know of at least two names omitted among the little kids. One of their much younger relatives never knew he had kin who died there until he was an adult. Many families, including mine, had a very hard time talking about the explosion and the aftermath. Other families moved away soon after the explosion and could not be found to get permission to have their names put on the cenotaph but my uncle's name is there. My grandparents stayed in the area but moved to another house not too far from the refinery. My father graduated from a different school nearby. Eighty years now and it's still so painful. Never forget.

problem is people "want their cake and eat it too" they stay up all day... trying to live two lives basically..... this is the problem ! they don't darken the windows.. the leave the phones on... you get the picture

strange he talks about heart health and eating right. He was assigned as my PCP with a job/insurance change. The chronic condition that myself and previous Dr managed pretty well allowing me full life abilities and activities....took a nose dive under him. He stopped the working protocol and insisted on a non-working one. He refused to talk with previous Drs/specialists, get their notes, consider patient reports of progress/regress and found countless ways to blame me for everything falling apart. As a pseudo vegetarian with a very active lifestyle imagine my confusion as I worsened with him insisting the only fix was to keep taking pills. As I worsened, the pill count grew and according to him - there was NO alternative. There was NO foods to eat NO exercise to do, yoga to meditate over...NOTHING but take his pills. After a neurological "episode"...I began reading labels of the medicines which all showed to WORSEN my initial problem, and most were counterproductive to another. Maybe he was preparing me to be his cardiac patient - cause i sure have significant cardiovascular damage now.

How is there health risk? What's the difference if I get my 8 hours of sleep from 10PM-6AM or 7AM-3PM??? If you go home and sleep after work, you'll be fine.

this proves nothing, the link is still a viable one as we see modern industrialism pushing more and more drugs into people at younger ages and the skyrocketing cases of autism [as well as other disorders]. most of my family didn't have vaccines and are abnormally healthier compared to the rest of the population living into their 100's, no cancers no diseases or cognitive disorders[like; autism, ocd, schizophrenia, anxiety, etc...]. who knows what if that doctor had solid proof and it got burned or he lost it and wanted to warn people? this doesn't prove vaccines don't cause autism or that it does. stay curious my friends that natrual childlike curiosity means you have a healhty psyche
